How to read these case studies

We publish case studies the way we'd want to read them as a buyer: what was broken, what we shipped, what the numbers did, and what we'd do differently if we ran it again. Every engagement is different — the brand's starting point, the competitive pressure, the leadership appetite for risk — so the playbooks are not transferable one-to-one.
