The build

We mapped NovaEdtech's full ops surface and picked three workflows where AI clearly won on ROI. First, admissions triage: an LLM agent that reads inbound leads, pulls academic history from attached docs, classifies programme fit, drafts a personalised first reply, and routes to the right counsellor. Second, content repurposing: every 45-minute webinar becomes a blog, three LinkedIn posts, five shorts, a newsletter and an email drip — drafts reviewed by a single editor. Third, weekly reporting: an agent that reads GA4, Meta Ads, CRM and LMS data and writes a two-page weekly narrative with anomalies flagged. All three shipped with evals, cost caps, SSO and audit logs. Admissions response time dropped from 6 hours to 20 minutes. Content output per source asset went up 6×.
